The $95 service call covers the visit and diagnosis. If you move forward with the repair, the $95 diagnostic fee is applied toward the completed repair.

Service is available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Depending on availability, we can schedule your service the same day or within 1–3 business days.
We come directly to your home, inspect the appliance, and determine what’s causing the issue. We’ll explain what we find and what the repair involves before moving forward.
Once you approve the repair, we get to work. If a part needs to be ordered, we’ll order it and return to complete the repair, typically within 3–5 business days.
